Does this sound like a new professional opportunity you're ready to take on?Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and change status of projects in CRM systemPrepare offers submittals and order confirmation formsAcknowledge orders after LPO/Order Confirmation/LOI has been receivedEnsure all documentation complies with audit requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiencyCross functional collaboration with other departmentsDraft, reference and coordinate lettersResearch relevant information and leads from databases and forward this to the appropriate sales personnel for actionSurvey and observe tenders on the marketMonitor the quality of data and project evaluationPrepare queries and analyses for internal sales meetingsAssist with sales and marketing eventsAdditional responsibility: Vacation cover for receptionistAnswer telephone calls, transfer and forward messagesGreet, assist and direct visitors and clientsChecking and segregating of emailsMonitor and order office and pantry suppliesAllocation of pantry suppliesSending and receiving documents through courier companiesTake and arrange orders for lunchArrange transport for guests/staffPrepare, scan, photocopy and file site reportsQualificationsQualification in sales, administration, business or similarAdvanced proficiency in all MS Office applicationsExcellent level of spoken and written EnglishAt least 3 years' experience as a Sales Secretary or in a similar roleOutstanding communication skills, with a professional, supportive and pro-active attitudeAbility to work unsupervised and take responsibilitiesReliable, confident team playerQuick learner, ability to think outside the box and find solutionsGo above and beyondAdditional InformationJob Type:Full timeLocation: Dubai / UAEAs a customer-focused organization, Doka understands that its greatest assets are its employees, which is why Doka is consistently looking for talented professionals who are keen to develop their career in this challenging industry.
