Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 08/13/2024Installs security systems components, units, and printed circuit boards following instructions from Project Engineer e.g. cameras, motion detectors, electronic locks, etc.Installs structured cabling for various systems i.e. CCTV, Access control, Intrusion detection, etc.Installs and services various Intrusion, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.Travels to various customer sites performing installation and service work.Is experienced and able to use hand tools and small power tools e.g. drilling machines, screwdrivers & cutters.Can read and understand technical drawings, data sheets, and written work instructions.Has prior education, training & knowledge of basic electronics, security systems e.g. IP Surveillance, Intrusion detection, Access control, and/or electronic power supplies are all preferred.Should have the initiative to fabricate parts and cables to ensure a successful installation.Works closely with the Project Engineer.Should have knowledge of common safety practices.RequirementsHigh School/ITI/Diploma.At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar role handling ELV projects (Structured Cabling - CCTV - Fire alarm - Access Control).
