SAP Organization Change Management (SAP OCM) Lead

SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead required to lead and/or participate in the organizational change and learning portions of large-scale SAP engagements involving technology change, process change, organizational change, and business transformation. They will have direct accountability for the scope, quality, and financials of the OCM portion of the project, providing hands-on leadership and direction, and leading and/or delivering client business transformation services related to the SAP initiative such as organization design, executive alignment, value-driven transformation, value realization, business case development, and performance measurement.It is a hands-on consulting delivery role to provide the people and organizational focus that helps enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation.Responsibilities include developing strategy and detailed plans, then delivering across the various SAP OCM work streams: change management, benefits realization, communication, stakeholder management, organization design, and culture transformation. The SAP OCM consultant often leads the change management team and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments.Minimum Requirements:Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentEnglish - Fluent / ExcellentJob Skills:They will have an understanding of the OCM framework, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive SAP solutions that transform the client's business.Background and experience should include:* Proven leadership of OCM portions of SAP engagements across all project phases, including "cradle-to-grave" OCM leadership roles* Experience with Business Transformation activities* Management Consulting experience, preferably in a top-tier consulting firm* Excellent Arabic and English communication skillsAbout The Company:Networkers International now fully own SNS Consultancy FZ LLC, so will now be trading as such and is now fully integrated into the 11 country global footprint of Networkers International Plc.
