MBR Partners is seeking a senior Operations Program Director for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.Education:Master's degree in management or technology field (Highly preferred) Or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience:At least 10 years of experience in project management, operation management role, or equivalent role.Proven experience in Operation and support.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate unwavering commitment to drive safety and create a safe working environment.Lead and foster operations within a team environment, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.Interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements, ensuring all obligations are met.Manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources.Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners.Plan and organize operations with exceptional attention to detail.Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.Lead by example, delegating responsibilities effectively, and resolving problems efficiently.Exhibit persistence, perseverance, and patience in challenging situations.Skills and Qualities:Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (as specified).Proven experience in project and operations management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.Strong problem-solving skills.A commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.If you are a results-driven, safety-conscious, and experienced operations and support director with a passion for leading teams and exceeding expectations, we encourage you to apply.
