Location: Dubai, UAE Start Date: August 2025 A Head of Secondary is needed to join and lead this thriving team within an established IB International School in Dubai. This successful school, graded ‘Very Good’ overall and ‘Outstanding’ in early years specifically, provides students from more than 80 nationalities the opportunity of learning within a culturally diverse school community. The extensive campus educates 1900 motivated students from the ages of 3-18, and the holistic approach ensures the personal, social, and academic development of each child. Applications are welcome from educators experienced in the delivery and leadership within the British or IB curriculum. Successful candidates will enjoy working collaboratively to provide a fun, enriching, and stimulating education, transforming young lives and preparing them to become lifelong learners. This school encourages students to take responsibility for their own learning and ensures they are equipped with the tools and skills to become successful global citizens. The highly motivated team strives to provide a nurturing and well-balanced environment so that every student reaches their full potential.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in teaching subject
PGCE / QTS or equivalent
2 years previous leadership experience
Outstanding communication skills
