Role: Microsoft Defender Security Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
Overall 3-4 years of experience handling Microsoft Defender security solutions.
Deployment or operations experience of Microsoft Defender for endpoint and servers, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud apps, and Defender for Office 365.
Handle operational incidents and fulfill incidents and service requests for Defender for Endpoint & Defender for Office 365 solutions.
Configure endpoint security policies through Intune and direct onboarding mechanisms.
Troubleshoot issues identified during deployment of Microsoft Defender solutions.
Experience in handling incidents on Defender 365 solutions from a daily operations perspective.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
SC 200 or MS 500 certifications would be an added advantage.
