From these locations BSMEA covers 68 markets through 80 partnersJob purposeThe Technical Engineer for Commercial and Consumer CIS and Gulf Region will serve as a crucial link between Dubai HQ and local sales teams in assigned countries, providing expert technical knowledge on Bridgestone products. This role will enhance product understanding, support sales efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction across diverse markets, embodying Bridgestone's commitment to "Serving Society with Superior Quality."Main responsibilitiesTechnical Product Support (Commercial & Consumer) RACIFollow up on tire tests for new products and prototypesGather and analyze competitor tire informationDevelop and maintain Product Power Index (Commercial)AccountableMarket Research and Analysis (Commercial & Consumer)Conduct operating condition surveys and scrap tire analysisPerform Market Service condition Index (MSI) surveys (Commercial)Collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) dataExecute count surveys to assess market presenceAccountableProvide product and claim handling training to local branch teams, distributor partners and fleet teamDaily support to sales teamConsultLocal claim handlingClaim data analysisQuality Concern Information and PL reportSpec suitability judgmentResponsibleLocal OEM distributor approachConsultStandard & Regulation activitiesLocal regulation monitor and negotiation with authorityLocal tire certification arrangementAccountableCountries in responsibilityBASED IN DUBAI OFFICEExperience and QualificationsFLUENT RUSSIAN SPEAKERExcellent English speaker (optional: Arabic)Engineering University DegreeMinimum 3 years of experience in the tire industry within the technical segmentProven track record in account management and technical salesExperience in data analysis and presentation of technical information with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Power BI, Tableau or else.Familiarity with both CIS and Gulf markets is highly desirableRequired capabilitiesCollaborative and supportive mindset with strong teamwork skillsAdaptable to different cultural contexts, demonstrating respect for diverse business practices across CIS and Gulf regionsAbility to prioritize, plan, and organize effectively in a dynamic environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong communication with colleagues and key stakeholdersAgile learner, able to quickly adapt to and utilize new software and technologiesEager to travel and work directly with customers in diverse field environmentsStrategic thinker who focuses on benefits rather than features/methods when approaching solutionsStrong coordination skills, adept at managing cross-functional relationshipsExcellent analytical skills with a focus on deriving actionable insightsProactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approachProven ability to train and coach others, contributing to team growth and developmentCommitment to continuous personal and professional growth aligned with Bridgestone's valueKey Performance IndicatorsPerformance will be evaluated based on project-specific goals, including but not limited to:Quality of market intelligence gathered and analyzed for diverse market conditionsImprovement in product performance and customer satisfaction metrics across all assigned marketsEffectiveness of technical support provided to sales teams in CIS and Gulf regionsMORE INFORMATIONAll applications will be reviewed.
