CODE81 operates autonomously from within the Technology Cluster of Ghobash Group as a highly agile services driven organization, committed to enabling future thinkers.Coding a betterfuture by building the best in-class digital transformation products and solutions, we are dedicated to enriching people's lives and helping businesses thrive.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our software products and services.Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and key accounts based on market research, competitive analysis, and company objectives.Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure, to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to develop compelling value propositions, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast sales opportunities accurately, and provide regular updates on sales performance and progress against targets.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company, generate leads, and build brand awareness in the market.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and product gaps, and provide feedback to inform product roadmap and development priorities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.3-5 years of experience in software sales, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Deep understanding of the software industry, including software products, services, and technologies, and familiarity with software development methodologies and trends.Strong network of contacts and relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers in the software industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.Results-driven and customer-focused mindset, with a passion for driving value for customers and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
