We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR and Admin Manager. The ideal candidate would be responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions. The key focus of this role is to foster a positive work environment, manage HR policies, and streamline administrative processes. A few of the responsibilities are outlined:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, interviews, and selection. Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure employees are well-integrated into the team.
  3. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
  4. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits, payroll, and leave policies. Oversee health and safety policies and procedures.
  5. Budgeting and Manpower Planning: Estimate the total cost for current and projected employees' compensation. Identify the gaps between the current workforce and future needs, and develop strategies to bridge those gaps.
  6. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing systems. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and information. Ensure timely renewal of visas, permits, licenses, and other Ministry processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: KD1,000.000 - KD1,300.000 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
