Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized FM Coordinator specializing in Cleaning and Janitorial services to join our team. As an FM Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of cleaning and janitorial operations for our clients.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our clients' facilities.Join Eram Talent and be part of our commitment to excellence in facilities management.Requirements Prior experience in facilities management or a related field, with a focus on cleaning and janitorial services Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required BenefitsSalary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
