Analyze health data, derive insights, and contribute to personalized well-being experiences.We are dedicated to delivering extraordinary and discerning customer service to our members. The Luxury Lifestyle & Concierge Associate will be responsible for managing requests and administration for some of our most discerning Members and their demanding lifestyle needs. The role involves working alongside Lifestyle Managers and supporting them in addressing members' lifestyle requirements, such as restaurant reservations, experiences, and hotel bookings both in Dubai and in some of the most sought-after International cities.DetailsProviding excellent customer service to MembersConducting research and putting together itinerariesLiaising with partners and suppliers to fulfill Members' needsMonitoring and logging requests on L'invité internal CRM and Reservations systemWorking towards meeting top service levels and KPIsQualificationsReservations or hostess background in luxury hospitality or conciergeExcellent written & oral communication skills in English (French and Arabic are a plus)Ability to work towards strict deadlines and under pressureProactive & reactive problem solving - know the membership base and anticipate their needs and show initiativePassionate about customer service with exceptional attention to detail
