Our team has worked with over 300 business owners and entrepreneurs to help take their businesses to the next level.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, on-site Odoo Functional Consultant for our Dubai office. The primary responsibility of this role will be to gather and analyze business requirements and develop custom solutions within the Odoo ERP system. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create functional specifications and test plans, and provide support during system deployment and user training.We are looking for individuals who would like to further their careers in the Technical Industry. This position will be a blend between a functional consultaht and a project manager. You will be working with a team that is responsible for implementing projects and for helping Odoo customers with the use of their Odoo business apps.RESPONSIBILITIESProject ManagementOrganize and follow up on Odoo implementationsAnalyze customer needsHelp with the configuration of the softwareDeliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)Negotiate the required resourcesFollow and check the development aspectMUST HAVEBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field+2 years of experience in Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and ManufacturingAbility to understand business processesFluent in English and ArabicProblem solver, Solution-oriented Accountancy QualificationPrevious experience working with all forms of financial accounts within an organizationAffinity with the IT worldNICE TO HAVEStrong Internal MotivationEntrepreneurial drive and a creative thinkerOutstanding verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environmentKnowledge in accounting and/or Supply Chain Management2 - 5 vears of experienceWhat's great about the job?Belonging to the Services department, our Functional team is mainly responsible for implementing our software solution to our customer's business. You'll work on several different projects at the same time.
