We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager in Payment Solutions to manage our sales efforts in this rapidly growing Middle East & African region. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong client relationships within the MEA region. This role requires a deep understanding of traditional payment systems, FinTech in general as well as a proven sales track record.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration within the payment sector in MEA.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing applicable Nuvei payment solutions to meet those needs.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the region to identify new opportunities and potential threats.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our Nuvei payment solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and prospects. Serves as an expert in the field and principal advisor.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, pricing, compliance & risk, and partnership to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.Sales Performance Tracking: Develop and implement sales performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.Strategic Partnerships and Network: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our reach and enhance our offerings in the payment sector.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of success in sales roles within the financial services or fintech industry, with a focus on payment solutions.Deep understanding of acquiring, ecommerce, Point of Sale, and payment processing systems.Motivated, adaptable with strong selling skills with the ability to be a self-starter to achieve exceptional results thriving in a challenging environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.Existing network of contacts within the Acquiring, Payments and FinTech industry is a must.Ability to travel to meet clients and attend conferences/events as required.Languages: English and Arabic a must.Nuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
