Lead Engineer Mechanical

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Master's Degree preferred
3. 15 - 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering/EPC
4. 10 years in Power & Water projects in Combined Cycle/Cogeneration Power Plants
5. Experienced in power generation, energy efficiency, and thermal management especially in large-scale projects, including:
   
   
   1. Combined cycle power plants
   2. Cogeneration systems
   3. Industrial processes requiring steam production
6. Expertise in:
   1. Substations
   2. Steam turbines
   3. Reverse osmosis
7. Strong leadership skills
8. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
9. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
10. Good command in English
