The job holder is expected to have experience in Cloud selling.Job Responsibilities:Protect CNS's Interests:Protect and respect CNS confidentiality of all information related to the business of the company or its partners, distributors, suppliers, and customers.Comply with all policies and processes within the company and cooperate fully with internal/external audits conducted by management representatives.Professionally represent the company's core values.Comply with ISO standards within the company.Plan and Forecast Projects from Prospective Customers:Stay updated on business trends and market changes.Establish a professional consultative relationship with clients, up to the C-level, by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs.Have knowledge of competitors to strategically position CNS's products and services.Ability to sell the entire portfolio of CNS (Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Virtualization, Backup, DR, Support, and Managed Services).Prepare a list of prospective customers and projects expected to finalize within the same financial year.Create and drive an accurate sales pipeline with precise account revenue forecasting.Achieve targets through planned and forecasted prospects.Negotiate and win projects that create financial profit for CNS.Responsible for Achieving Yearly Quota:Achieve yearly and quarterly targets assigned by the Sales Manager.Win projects and cover assigned market segments to increase the company's market share.Develop new accounts and enhance customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.Understand customer requirements and behavior.Possess good technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.Ensure that all escalation processes are utilized when required.Engage appropriate resources to build compelling value propositions, deliver sales presentations, negotiate, and close deals.Support PM, Collection, and Contract Teams.Propose Technical and Commercial Solutions from CNS to Prospective Customers:Professionally represent the company.Align with principal partners to provide turnkey solutions.Ensure proposals and other information are prepared accurately and submitted properly.Propose solutions based on added value rather than price.Qualifications5+ years of experience in a similar role.
