Deliver daily environmental TBT to all manpower to raise the environmental culture.Supervise and give the necessary support for housekeeping activities in the project.Report any environmental accident or violation of environmental rules.Supervise refueling, sewer discharge, and concrete pouring activities to ensure compliance with client requirements and environmental rules.Monitor project activities to report any misbehavior or non-compliance cases to the environmental manager or supervisor.Daily measure noise and dust magnitude and submit the data to the environmental manager.Check for sensitive fauna and flora in the project daily to ensure preservation as per the premobilization report.Report any work out of LUP to the environmental manager.Conduct daily inspections of welfare facilities and take necessary corrective actions to maintain the highest standards in collaboration with the safety team.Be part of the spill response team in case of any emergency according to the environmental emergency response plan.Conduct high-quality environmental induction for visitors, new employees, and sub-contractors.Monitor waste removal activities to ensure timely and correct procedures are followed.Perform any other roles assigned by the direct manager to ensure compliance with all environmental requirements.Provide any additional tasks or reports related to your department as per the direct manager's request.SkillsAcademic Qualifications and Professional CertificationsMinimum diploma holder in any discipline.OSHA certified or equivalent certificate; NEOBOSH IGC preferred.Previous experience in similar project activities.Experience working with the same client is highly preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 4 years' experience in the same position.Recommended Training CoursesMandatory Internal Training:PTW.Safe Equipment Operation.Defensive Driving.Maintenance Procedures.Ergonomics.Mental Ill Health.External Training:Any other training required by the client.Skills, Knowledge, and Capabilities RequiredGood communication skills.Mid-level English speaking ability.Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-national work environment.Hard worker and strive to promote the OHS culture.
