Red Professional Development Training Center LLC | Part time We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer with specialized certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations, coupled with a passion for educating and developing professionals in the field. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that align with HRCI certification standards and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive training curricula based on HRCI certification requirements. Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the HR industry to ensure training content is current and relevant. Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and virtually. Utilize various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of experience. Design and administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and application of HR concepts. Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs. Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different organizations and industries. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and incorporate real-world scenarios into training sessions. Stay abreast of changes in HRCI certifications and other relevant HR certifications. Pursue continuous professional development to enhance personal and professional skills. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant performance. Prepare and deliver reports on training effectiveness and participant progress. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. HRCI certifications (e.g., PHRi, SPHRi) required. Proven experience as an HR professional with a focus on training and development. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences. Proficient in using technology for virtual training delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design. Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP).
