Job Title: Digital Product Manager - Automation & TransformationLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Purpose The Digital Product Manager - Automation & Transformation is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives through the implementation and management of automation technologies. The role exists to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes. The unique contribution made by the job holder is to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of automation and transformation projects, ensuring they align with the company's goals and provide measurable benefits.Job ResponsibilitiesAutomation Strategy Development:Develop a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with business objectives.Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems.Regularly review and update the automation strategy based on performance data and industry trends.Project Management:Lead and manage multiple automation projects from conception to completion.Develop detailed project plans and timelines.Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.Process Optimization:Identify and analyze business processes for opportunities to introduce automation.Implement changes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.Technology Integration:Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems.Ensure seamless operation and minimal disruption during implementation.Provide training and support to employees on new systems and processes.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units.Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders.Address concerns and incorporate feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.Person Specifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field;MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Digital Transformation & Automation.Strong Retail Banking experience is mandatory.Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in automation technologies and tools (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Certifications: PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications are a plus.
