Senior Interior FitOut Architectural CAD EngineerFull-timeDepartment: ITP - EODCNS Engineering Service is bringing technology and innovation to the engineering and construction sector with a diverse portfolio of Consultancy, Hardware, Software, and Services to create a one-stop shop solution for your engineering needs.We offer comprehensive Building Information Modelling and CAD services that make construction processes easy, problem-free, and cost-effective. As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987, we have more than 35 years of experience.Responsibilities:Preparing Detailed Shop Drawings, Cutlists & As-builts.Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator.Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC drawings and other trades.Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Manage and file drawings.Preparing detailed cut-list drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.Coordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Dealing inquiries, Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil, Diploma, ITI.Candidate must be able to join within a week once selected.
