Job Description

• Creating and Designing Social Media Posts: Develop visually captivating and engaging content tailored for platforms such as Instagram. This involves graphic design, content creation, and staying updated with current trends to attract and retain followers.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the clinic’s social media presence using tools such as Sprout Social and Zoho Social. Responsibilities include scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, engaging with followers, and crafting strategies to boost the clinic’s online visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to build and maintain social media calendars that align with the clinic’s overall marketing strategy and campaign objectives.
• Maintain the CRM Application: Manage and update the CRM application to ensure accurate client information and seamless integration with social media activities.
