Join Our Team as a Factory Supervisor in Dubai! Are you experienced in manufacturing operations and passionate about leading a team to success? We're seeking a skilled Factory Supervisor to join us in Dubai! Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations in the factory, including production, quality control, and safety
- Supervise and motivate factory workers to meet production targets and quality standards
- Assign tasks and ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
- Handle employee relations issues and performance management as needed
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
- Understanding of production processes and quality control principles
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using computers and production software
- UAE residency or a valid work permit required
