We're recruiting 'IT Service Desk Agent' for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible for providing first line remote support for various technical areas like Desktop/Laptops, Virtual Desktops, Printers, MFPs, User account and access management, etc.Key Responsibilities:Serves as the first line of support to meet customer needs in Arabic and English.Responds to end user requests for IT assistance via phone, email, and web.Coordinates activities with bank's IT teams and/or external support teams to complete incident resolution or fulfill a service request.Identifies and escalates incidents and problems requiring urgent attention.Coordinates with Resolvers/Fulfillers, IT Service Providers, and vendors.Requirements:Education and Certifications: Graduate in Computer Science (Preferred) or Graduate in Science with a Diploma or Certification in IT.Experience: 5 years of experience in a related field.Must be bilingual in Arabic and English.ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
