We are recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to join our exceptional MEP Management team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with supervisory experience, who is personable and capable to quickly establish their credibility.ResponsibilitiesSupervise electrical installation projects to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project management and timely delivery.Conduct thorough site inspections, identify electrical system issues, and propose appropriate solutions.Provide technical guidance, support, and training to the electrical team.Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report updates to the management.Prepare accurate documentation, including project reports, inspection records, and maintenance logs.RequirementsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UAE as an Electrical Supervisor in the HVAC / MEP sector.Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and circuitry.Familiarity with local industry standards, codes, and regulations.Possession of relevant certifications and licenses related to electrical systems and safety.Valid UAE driving license.
