Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is currently seeking a Sr. Specialist Collections for a leading company in the industry. As a Sr. Specialist Collections, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's collections activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding invoices and debts.In this role, you will analyze customer accounts, develop collection strategies, and implement actions to recover outstanding payments. You will also maintain accurate records of collections activities, communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.The successful candidate will have a strong background in collections, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collection targets.If you are a motivated professional with a passion for collections and a drive for results, we want to hear from you!Requirements• Oversee collection routes and driver/laborer performance on a daily basis at a single, large hauling site.• Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities, including monitoring driver time and coordinating daily operational needs with Waste Management team.• Supervise the end-of-day check-in process, capturing and communicating key service, safety, and equipment issues.• Reviews weekly demand / volume for routes, determines potential gains from re-routing, and recommends re-routes to the routing specialist.• Sets and monitors productivity, service, and safety targets for each route and driver by collecting accurate data and reporting for various incentive pay programs.• Conducts Root Cause Investigations for all injuries and incidents, ensuring consistent discipline and retraining.• Visits customers and customer sites to evaluate and resolve safety issues, seeking service alternatives where appropriate. Ensures set-up errors and missed pickups are reported and resolved.• Assists with personnel needs of the department including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.• Ensure adherence to facility best practices and processes by conducting regular auditing. Ensure that the monthly facility inspection is completed and that the site remains compliant.Qualifications BSc in an appropriate discipline. Minimum of 7 years of experience. Strong knowledge of collections processes and best practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with collections software and ERP systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet collection targets Benefits
