As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35 years of experience.Job DescriptionAs a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, cut lists, and as-builts. Your duties include:Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal, and related details.Preparing shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by the Design Coordinator.Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, HVAC drawings, and other trades.Managing ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines.Managing and filing drawings.Preparing detailed cut-list drawings for production as per the approved shop drawing and following up with production and site installation.Coordinating and preparing interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.Dealing with inquiries, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation.QualificationsWe are looking for immediate joiners available inside UAE.
