FINANCIAL ANALYST - Project Finance (ALFANAR PROJECTS)
Job Purpose
- Training of subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate subordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
- Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or processes.
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities as much as possible.
- Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
