Role Purpose:To assist property owners with leasing their properties to prospective tenants. This may include marketing properties, preparing lease documents and screening prospective tenants to qualify them. This may also include acting as a representative for property owners.Key Accountabilities:Tenant EngagementScreen prospective tenants for eligibility, undertake viewings and assist wider team with deal negotiations.Property Market NavigationAct as a landlord, navigate the property market, present projects to tenants. Ensure that comparable evidence and market transactions are monitored and kept up to date to assist the team with pricing.Lead Monitoring and Proposal IssuanceMonitor leads, track site visits, utilize CRM software as well as keep this and any other internal systems up to date, issue proposals, and contracts.Leasing Contract PreparationPrepare and review leasing contracts, obtain required signatures from Osool departments and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed throughout.Financial Transactions CoordinationCoordinate with Osool departments for rent payments, security deposits, and applicable fees as well as working with Ejar to ensure that contracts are correctly recorded.Property Maintenance and InspectionEnsure proper maintenance, periodic property inspections within Osool are undertaken and reported back to the relevant Osool teams.Job Specifications:Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in business administration ExperienceMinimum One Years of Experience especially in Sales hospitality and Real Estate Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills, Team Leadership and Collaboration, Problem-solving, Organizational Skills, Adaptability and Quick Decision-making. Language Arabic - native English - Fluent
