The individual will be responsible for driving business growth at BISR by developing a network of contacts to attract new clients to the BISR facilities, researching new market opportunities, overseeing growth projects, making sales projections, and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.Key Responsibilities:Be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and demonstrate a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.Demonstrate sound business development, organisational, and planning acumen.Be customer-focused in ensuring that services are of high quality and align with the school's expected high standards.Go the extra mile, ensuring service level delivery is met.Have excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of emotional intelligence to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.Fully support the school Mission, Vision, and Motto.What We Offer:Highly motivated and engaged students.A school with a strong sense of community.A learning-focused school committed to staff development.Motivated, hard-working colleagues committed to high-quality learning and student well-being.Application Process:To apply, please follow the application instructions on our website.
