UX Labs specialize in UX (User Experience) & CX solutions enabling businesses to create successful digital products and achieve their business objectives along with the users' needs; by significantly improving the user experience of their products, providing services in Scientific Usability testing, User Research, UX Consulting, and UX/UI Design. Operating in KSA, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine & Germany; UX Labs provides custom solutions for businesses and organizations with various scales and industries. About the job: As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating UX Projects, which includes responsibilities such as assigning tasks, coordinating the team to deliver the right solutions at the right time, and collaborating with our clients. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate UX Projects while collaborating with our clients. Be the contact person between clients and the team members. Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Plan, coordinate and conduct stakeholder meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings. Ensure project deadlines are met. Determine project changes. Undertake project tasks as required. Develop project strategies. Resolve project conflicts in case they arise. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Ensure stakeholders' views are managed towards the best solutions. Create a project Management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities. Requirements : Previous experience in one of the following: Project Management in UX/UI, Design, IT, Software Development, Consulting, an Agency, or what is similar. Strong team management skills. Strong communication and soft skills. Strong ability to work under pressure and independently. Ability to work on tight deadlines. Fluency in both Arabic & English languages is required. Nice to have : Exceptional listening skills. Understanding of UX Software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Zeplin, etc. Familiarity with User-Centered Design (UCD). Knowledge of best UX Design practices designing outstanding solutions. Good problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills.
