We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.Responsibilities:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.Conduct sales presentations and site inspections for potential clients.Negotiate contracts and handle objections to close sales.Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare sales reports.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the hotel and build relationships.Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and food & beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to travel and attend events as required.
