Location base is our office in Riyad/Jeddah, KSA. You will report to the Middle East Africa zone eMobility business development leader.The person we are looking for is a pioneer within Schneider Electric. He/she should gain knowledge in the country landscape, searching for new possibilities to support the growth of selling the Schneider Electric eMobility solutions. As a specialist on complex technical and business matters linked to eMobility charging infrastructure, he/she should be customer focused and have developed the acumen to manage and cultivate customer relations.Your role as an eMobility solution sales engineer:Recruit new customers and develop business non-addressed by the existing SE salesforces: eMobility dedicated companies (CPO & eMSP), car makers, car leasing companies, delivery companies, start-ups, eMobility installers.Support SE salesforces on existing SE customers portfolio, local sales, and prescription teams on traditional accounts like contractors, end users, panel builders.Follow and pilot the eMobility opportunity pipeline in the cluster.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure offer positioning by providing market feedback.Develop and implement tailored eMobility solutions in coordination with our sales and execution teams.Ensure project technical requirements and regulation compliance.Provide technical training on eMobility solution to internal and external audiences.Your personal drivers:Self-starter and autonomous.A pro-active thinker and organized person.Profound team player.Affinity with understanding complex applications and solutions including software and services.Your responsibilities:Key responsibilities on top line (orders and sales) increase: grow the business per application via focused GTM (direct and indirect).Be the SPOC for eMobility solution in the country and support local front office.Develop an activation plan to create awareness via end users, specifiers, partners, distributors, and contractors.Provide technical support on complex projects.What to expect @ Schneider Electric?You will be part of a leading global specialist in energy management who believes in sustainability and taking care for the planet.Endless development opportunities through the online learning offer of 10,000+ e-learnings.We strongly believe that great people make Schneider Electric a great company.We value differences. We offer equal opportunities to everyone, everywhere.Well-being creates performance and performance generates well-being.QualificationsRequired skills:Knowledge and solid understanding of products, services, and solutions needed for eMobility applications.Influence, negotiate, and close deals.Communication and presentation skills, both towards a technical and non-technical audience.Ability to understand and interpret technical descriptions, requests for tender.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Required qualifications:A completed Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering.A minimum work experience of 3-5 years in a similar role or 5 years in front office in a position requiring sales and technical competencies.At Schneider, we believe access to energy and digital is a basic human right.
