We are looking for a Junior First Aid Trainer who will be an integral part of our training team, assisting in the delivery of comprehensive first aid training to external clients. Your primary responsibility will be to educate participants on proper first aid techniques, emergency response procedures, and life-saving interventions. You will create a dynamic and engaging learning environment, ensuring participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to handle emergencies effectively.ResponsibilitiesDelivering training sessions to the company's clients, these sessions could be in-person, online, or a combination of both.Ensure that the training content is presented clearly and engagingly, fostering a positive learning environment.Conduct engaging and informative first aid training sessions for external clients.Customize training content to meet the specific needs of diverse industries and client groups with per management approval.Conduct and assist in demonstrations and practical exercises that allow participants to apply safely.Address participant questions, provide clarifications, and ensure a thorough understanding of concepts and practices.Conduct training sessions in a clear, organized, and professional manner, using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure training attendees' understanding.Administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and mastery of first aid concepts.Adjust training content and delivery style based on the participants' background, experience, and learning pace.Assist training managers in developing training materials, presentations, and resources that cover various first aid topics. This may involve researching regulations, industry standards, and best practices to create effective training content.Stay updated on regulations, industry trends, and effective training methodologies to enhance training delivery.Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content based on participant feedback, industry developments, and training effectiveness.Provide constructive feedback to participants and recommend additional training if necessary.Ensure to follow the company's training protocols/SOP.Organize and set up training venues, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth training delivery.Follow the training trackers on time and coordinate with the training coordinator for the timely delivery of the training programs.Assist the training coordinator to coordinate with the site and location.Ensure that all training courses delivered are done and in line with the standards as set by the company and awarding body.Arrive early and set up the training area to our high standards.Ensure all delegates' paperwork is filled and sent to the training coordinator in a timely manner.Pass any sales inquiries quickly and efficiently to the sales representative.Pass on any coordination inquiries quickly and efficiently to the training coordinator (in office or client site).Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma (Nursing Degree will be preferred).Certification as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from a recognized organization.Must be approved by authorities in Dubai (DCAS, Trakhees, Other international First Aid Bodies).Train the Trainer Certificate.Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage.NEBOSH Level 3 will be an added advantage.Proven experience of at least 3 years (min 2 years' experience in UAE) in delivering first aid training either in-house or Third Party in a diverse range of industries.Strong knowledge of first aid principles, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols.Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, eager to learn, and possess an adaptive and flexible attitude.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.Organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and client relationships.Proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.Language proficiency in English and Hindi; other languages will be an added advantage.UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume outlining their qualifications and relevant experience in the "apply" section and email to info@najmaconsultancy.com with your CV.
