This summer internship will allow you develop your skills in research, reporting, and recommendations.This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn more about the ins and outs of the digital library space and add an array of highly transferable soft skills to your CV. Some of your responsibilities will include:Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentationsUnderstand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers' preferencesCompile and analyse statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect itPerform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysisInterpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendationsUse online market research and catalogue findings to databasesProvide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operationRemain informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practicesRole RequirementsPassion for research and analysisAbility to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-taskStrong communication and presentation skillsSearch engines, web analytics and business research tools acumenAdequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)Strong analytical and critical thinkingHow to apply:If you are a self-starter who is passionate about market research and looking for a challenging and rewarding internship experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Zendy.To submit your application, please email a copy of your CV and a cover letter detailing why you are interested in the position to jobs@zendy.ioAbout ZendyZendy has been created with an aim of radically facilitating access to academic literature.
