COMPANY BRIEF:Our client is regional based (Middle East) Facilities Management Company, delivering Hard & Soft services to variety of clients across Doha, Qatar.We operate in the premium locations such as West Bay, The Pearl Qatar, Lagoons, Lusail and others where we take care of residential (compounds, towers, villas), commercial (offices, retail space ) and public areas (promenades, marina).They have been awarded The Best FM Company of the year for 2 consecutive years (2011 & 2012) by the Construction Week Magazine and strive to become an leader in the industry.The organization went through dramatic growth within last 3 years in the portfolio of delivered services, projects and thus also generally in the manpower.They are at the moment 270 employees coming from different countries (Bangladesh, UK, Czech Republic, Netherlands, India, Lebanon, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka).POSITION BRIEF:HR Manager is a key role in the business, since the company is a service provider and thus the success of the business is directly linked to the quality and quantity of the human resources.HR Manager is fully responsible for all following functions within HR:• Recruitment - directly involved in manpower planning and A-Z execution of the recruitment internal or external (local & overseas)• Training & Development - directly involved in development and implementation of the training plans and personal development plans and training delivery (in-house & external)• Employee Relations - directly involved in induction program, grievances, disciplinary actions, organizing employee events or CSR activities, overlooking on boarding and visa process• Performance Management - directly involved in running Performance Reviews• Rewards & Recognition System - directly involved in development and implementation of the system• Compensation & Benefits - overlooking the payroll process• Administration Additional:• Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, 5 days a week + every second Saturday (first month of the employment all Saturdays will be working Saturdays)• Based: Qatar Head Office (Doha)• Pay & Benefits: 25-28,000 QR per month, family tickets• Visa: My client is providing employment visa and doesn't have any objections for the candidate to stay on the family visa (husband's sponsorship) where applicable. They do not provide NOC to transfer the sponsorship from the company to another sponsor in Qatar (if not a family visa).PERSONALITY• Business acumen - as an HR professional, understanding of the business is essential in order to provide the right support to the organization• Quick learner - due to operating in the immature market and in the growing business, it is necessary for the candidate to be able to grasp quickly new (even technical) information• Approachable person - HR is providing services to employees and the business, therefore being approachable is a key in order to be able to satisfy the client.• Analytical skills - to provide business with solutions and relevant information, the ability to analyze data/information and develop reports/tools is crucial• Energetic and enthusiastic - in order to drive the changes and for the motivation of the team, this energy drive is critical• Creative and innovative - to be the leader on the market, requires constant thinking out of the box and keep eyes open for new solutions and tools• Dedication - as the business is running 24/7, perseverance is expected from the HR team/leader• Communication skills - ability to communicate formally and informally with colleagues, subordinates, clients and management.• Flexibility: Due to the dynamics of the business, we are looking for a candidate, who is flexible in terms of timing & responsibilities, as the job covers elementary duties ( About The Company RealHR was established in 2007 as a generalist HR management consultancy.
