Our vision is to ensure customers never miss a dose of their medication again, never run out of healthcare products, and make smarter, healthier decisions going forward.souKare's team is continuously growing and we are now on the lookout for a Junior Accountant to join the internal accounting team.The main responsibilities of the Junior Accountant would entail:Daily bookkeeping of invoices, expenses, and paymentsAssisting with managing the inflow and outflow of cashBank reconciliation and accounts reconciliationDocumenting and maintaining records of bills, payments, invoices, etcBe an integral part of the monthly closing of the financial statementsAssisting the audit team with year-end closing, VAT submission, and related activitiesIn addition to the above, you may be required to assist the finance & accounting team with Adhoc requestsWhat are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceProven experience as an accountant, 1-3 yearsProficient knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficient knowledge of VAT filing regulations in the regionComfortable with Microsoft Excel is mandatoryPrevious experience with Zoho Books is a plus!Excellent organization skills and attention to detailEager to learn and a fast-workerAbility to work independently and collaboratively
