We are seeking a highly motivatedMarketing Assistant (E-commerce Operations Specialist)to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of skills in shipping tasks, fulfillment of orders, Photoshop, content writing for product SKUs, and photography. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, managing the inventory, and creating content for our e-commerce store.Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shippingMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checksCreate high-quality product photographs and edit them using PhotoshopProduce engaging and informative product descriptions and other content for our e-commerce storeProcess customer returns and refunds in a timely and efficient mannerCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and campaignsMonitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and social mediaContinuously optimize the e-commerce website to improve the user experience and increase salesRequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer serviceProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product descriptions and other contentDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quicklyExperience with photography and product styling is a plusKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO is a plusFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento is a plusIf you are passionate about e-commerce and have a proven track record of success in operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
