The role is responsible for handling the end-to-end partnership with our distribution direct and indirect sales; ensure accurate collection, reconciliation, and accounting for settlement; process and record all revenue-related transactions and compliance of such transactions with internal and industry Revenue accounting guidelines and regulations.Key Responsibilities• Conduct all sales Vs collection/Deposits reconciliation process and outcome reports while maintaining their accuracy and completeness Learn and understand the business, drivers and key commercial issues in order to ensure that analysis and reports are relevant. • Prepare daily/monthly sales and revenue entries and ensure submitting on timely manner.• Maintain and update all accounting SOPs related to revenue accounting Policies, and draft accounting SOPs for new/improved processes that are related to any change in industry requirements.• Prepare the required credit/debit notes in a timely manner.• Create Revenue Accounting Balance Sheets reconciliation reports for management review and approval.• Create and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure Revenue Accounting can meet all its collection, reconciliation, accounting and reporting obligations.• Validate Revenue Accounting data and update as required to ensure correct processing of flyadeal passenger revenue. • Prepare all key contact Revenue Accounting Reports. • Maintain contract documentation related to all partnerships implemented.• Actively participate in related contract negotiation and contract review with Legal and Sales teams.• Work within the service level agreement and ensure completeness, timeliness, and accurate processing for revenue accounting reports and documents on monthly basis.• Ensure processes for dispute handling and timely resolutions are implemented and followed.• Maintain and optimize all interline/codeshare and SPA agreements.• Monitor all agencies transaction (online, GSA, OTA, and BSP)• Perform fare audit and conduct Proration analysis.• Process inward, outward billing, and rejection memo.• Maintain Tax liability domestic / international and VAT.• Ensure open and honest dialogue with Acquirers, PSS provider, Agency, Airport handlers, and Payment Providers relating to revenue data quality and timeliness.• Communicate best practice for all Customer payment channels to minimize accounting errors. Desired Candidate ProfileProfile:• BSc in Accounting / Finance with satisfactory academic performance.• Minimum 2 years Airline Revenue Accounting Experience or Minimum 3 years Financial Accounting Experience.• Excellent analytical skills are essential. • Expert MS Office skills.• Expert in Navitaire system.• Multicultural.• Attention to detail.• Excellent interpersonal skills• Multitasking.• Stress tolerance. ,Education:Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce)Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
