Job Title: Tech Sales Executive - Gate Automation, Access Control and Perimeter Security SystemLocation: KSAWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Stebilex, a leading provider of Gate Automation, Access Control, and Perimeter Security System solutions to the B2B market.  As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales and business development of the company, as well as coordinating with vendors, clients, sales executives, and consultants on products and brand approval.  Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish and nurture channel partner relationships in various countries, focusing on driving sales and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a sales team and monitoring sales regularly.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue growthBuild and maintain relationships with clients and customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new business developmentIdentify new leads and prospects, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing dealsCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services and maintain good relationships with themCollaborate with sales executives to set and achieve sales targets and provide guidance and support to them as neededProvide sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior managementWork closely with marketing to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaignsAttend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and servicesAddress client and customer issues in a timely and effective manner, and ensure that their needs are metDevelop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsWork closely with consultants to ensure product compliance and brand approvalDevelop and execute strategies to establish and nurture channel partner relationships in various countries, with a focus on driving sales and expanding market reachLead and manage a sales team to achieve targets and grow the businessMonitor sales on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and take corrective action as needed to ensure targets are metRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in the B2B marketProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth in a high-pressure environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, vendors, and sales executivesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and solve customer issuesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Gate Automation, Access Control, and Perimeter Security System solutions is a must
