Position Summary:The Proposal and Estimation Engineer/Officer serves as the central figure for all Manpower/Services Proposal and Estimation Activities related to JAL/JHR, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Candidates from Human Resources Companies are preferred.Major Responsibilities:Understand JAL/JHR Business requirements.Interpret JAL/JHR Proposal and Estimation requirements.Review Manpower/Service Request for Quotation, Attend Job Explanation, Prepare and Share clarification, Submission of Technical and Commercial Proposal, Review comments from Clients, and maintain communication with stakeholders till contract award.Expertise in Cost elements related to Manpower/Services contracts.Expertise in reviewing Manpower/Services RFQ documents and understanding contract terms and conditions.Collect Data from all Concerned departments related to Estimation.Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams to collect relevant information and follow up on all submitted PQ/RVL/AVL lists.Identify new Project lists through Online tools like MEED and other Online publications.Professional PQ submission.Conduct technical presentations to customers if required.Build customer relationships and promote awareness of the company's Business Lines.Regularly update the Customer Relationship Management report.Address customer complaints and ensure relevant departments are informed.Review & Maintain KPIs.Competencies:Market researchComputer Literacy.Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.Work Experience Requirements:Minimum five (5) years in Proposal and Estimation.Education Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Marketing.
