General Manager: Fast-casualRestaurantWe are a growingfast-casual concept founded in Southern California and areexpanding nationwide. We need a local fast-casual restaurantGM.Benefits:Growing with opportunities toadvance.Achievable bonus in the $5-10K rangeper year, paid quarterly. The bonus is paid company-wide,regardless of how an individual store does, and is based on sales,COGS, and labor. Shared cost of health,dental, and vision packages at variouslevels.Three weeks paidvacation.Stock options.As a fast-casual restaurant GeneralManager, your background and abilities include thefollowing:You will have complete responsibility for therestaurant, including quality, cost controls, staffing, andcustomer satisfaction. You will be expected to run it like you ownit.You must be able to develop a strongteam.The ideal candidate is a GM from awell-operated, scratch kitchen fast-casual brand. A strong AGM willalso be considered.To be successful, youshould embrace a healthy lifestyle, thrive with systems andstructure, adhere to standards, have excellent interpersonal skillswith guests and team members, develop and lead your team, and havegood BOH knowledge and capabilities. You are hands-on in all areas,are ServSafe Certified, and are a driven, upbeat, energetic, andenthusiastic leader.Bilingual English/Spanishis a plus.Eight weeks oftraining. INT
