Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain accurateinventory records, including stock levels, transfers, andadjustments.Coordinate with suppliers andvendors to ensure timely delivery of inventoryitems.Conduct regular inventory audits andphysical counts to reconcilediscrepancies.Develop and implement inventorycontrol procedures to enhance efficiency and minimizeloss.Track inventory movements and update thesystem accordingly.Analyze inventory data toidentify trends, shortages, and surplus, and report findings tomanagement.Prepare inventory reports andprovide insights for inventory managementdecisions.Ensure proper storage and handlingof inventory items to prevent damage orloss.Collaborate with the procurement team toforecast inventory needs and planpurchases.Respond to inventory-relatedinquiries from internal departments and externalpartners.Assist in the implementation of newinventory management systems or software.Trainand support staff on inventory control processes and bestpractices.Maintain a clean and organizedinventory storage area.Ensure compliance withcompany policies and industry regulations regarding inventorymanagement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in supplychain management, logistics, business administration, or a relatedfield.Proven experience as an InventoryCoordinator, Inventory Manager, or similarrole.Strong knowledge of inventory managementprinciples and practices.Proficiency ininventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite,especially Excel.Excellent organizational andproblem-solving skills.Attention to detail andaccuracy in inventory tracking andreporting.Strong communication andinterpersonal abilities.
