About the opportunity Rolesummary: The mission of the ProductEngineering Enablement Tribe is to help reduce cognitive load andenable our Product Tribes to be successful by focusing on our mostsignificant constraints across the engineers journey attalabat. To spearhead this missionwere looking for a passionate technical product manager who willlead the Core Services domain responsible for ensuring thatcomplicated subsystems can be easily consumed by multiple productengineering teams relying on those subsystems and helping us expandthe support that we provide as a Tribe to the business (VendorGrowth topics). As a Technical ProductManager alongside the Engineering Domain Lead your primary rolewill be to codrive the product direction for 2 teams namely Order& Transmission Platform as well as Vendor Availability& Catalog Platform.Responsibilities include:Craft and continuously refine the product vision mission andstrategy alongside the team and key stakeholders ensuring it alignswith our companys goals Support the team inidentifying analyzing & addressing the largest points offriction in our standalone Order Platform and Vendor Availabilitydomains Be coaccountable for the impact(value) roadmap prioritization and delivery of yourteams Facilitate and enable successfuladoption and integration of solutionsdelivered Define and track key success metricsof your products to track & improve theiradoption Cultivate stakeholder relations(business stakeholders & other talabat techteams) Effectively communicate across allorganizational levels to facilitate alignment on the overallproduct direction. Whatyou need to be successful The following experience is relevant to us:2 years of platform productmanagement experience 23 years of softwareengineering experience and great understanding of the full SDLCwith demonstrated experience understanding the challenges ofengineering & designing solutions that solve their actualproblems Great at analyzing frictions& selecting smallbatch opportunities that delivered thedesired impact (balancing discovery &implementation) Experienced in applying adatainformed approach to decisionmakingComfortable operating within multiple work streams in a fastpacedenvironment (shortening feedback loops)Comfortable navigating ambiguity andcomplexity SystemsThinker Humble curious and openminded with agrowth mindset Who weare As the regions leading localtech organization were proud to say that we have been deliveringfor millions of people right across MENA for the past 18years.
