Reporting to the FashionDirector and functionally to the Boutique Architecture Area Managerin Paris you will be in charge of the Maintenance of the CHANEL UAE& GCC boutiques (Fashion W&FJ) You will be the key contact between ParisStore Planning Team & the UAE team while working closelywith the retail team the local contractors and the mallrepresentatives. Your main responsibilities are: Lead thelocal Store Planning team & guide them to achieve theirrespective goals of Maintenance & Renovations across theregion. Maintenance& Post Opening projects: Managewith your team the maintenance and post opening projects within themarkets. Follow Chanel standards in terms of boutique maintenanceensuring high quality of work reactivity and cost control. . Regularly visit the boutique to identifythe maintenance needs and plan the maintenance projects whilecomplying with the health and safety the Mall and the localregulations. . Design BOH extensionsrefurbishments and work on minor renovations works within theretail area . Work closely with the ParisBoutique Architecture Area Manager in defining budget and timeschedule for the execution of the maintenance works and incomplying with the brand design specifications. . Ensure the supervision of the works andfollowup on the different maintenance / renovation phases: Request quotations from the suppliers andchallenge them Assign suppliers to completethe boutiques maintenance and minor renovation works. Handle the follow up on the boutiquesmaintenance and update the team on the work progress Identify new potential contractors andimplement yearly contracts in line with the budget allocation . Plan the yearly maintenance budget& LE(s) of the boutiques and follow up on it closely withthe finance team . Guide your team toachieve their respective goals of Maintenance & Renovationsacross the region. New Projects: Support the Paris BoutiqueArchitecture Area Manager in providing all the required informationrelated to the new project and providelocal supervision. . Liaise between themall and Paris team on the space allocation / negotiation / LODrequest . Prepare the project brief (marketneed drawings constraints competitor space analysis...) . Site follow up and coordination with thelocal GC and consultants and make report to the Paris Team. . Coordinate the different local teamsprior and during the boutique opening (IT Legal Security dept. VMWindow Decor wholesale teams ) You need to have auniversity degree with a 1012 years of experience as an Architector Interior Designer within the luxury retail enviromnement with team leading skills You have a strong project managementbackground with good technical abilities a good send of business tofollow the budgets and knowledgeable insustainability. You have a flexible andproactive approach to work including ability to prioritize and astrong interpersonal and communicationskills including the ability to ensure effective communication witha wide range of contact both internal andexternal will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
