ResponsibilitiesAccommodationSupervisor Oversee theday-to-day operations of housing facilities, including check-ins,check-outs, maintenance requests, andcleanliness.Coordinate housing assignments,ensuring fair distribution and efficient utilization of availablespaces.Maintain accurate records of housingoccupancy and related documentation.Maintenance and RepairsCollaborate with maintenance teams toensure that accommodations are in good condition and meet allsafety and hygiene standards.Arrange timelyrepairs and maintenance services as needed, addressing issues likeplumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep.Resident RelationsAct as the primary point of contactfor housing residents, addressing their concerns, queries, andrequests promptly and professionally.Foster apositive and supportive living environment, promoting a sense ofcommunity and cooperation amongresidents.Implement initiatives to improveresident satisfaction and overall living conditions.Health, Safety andCompliance Ensure that allhousing facilities comply with health and safety regulations andguidelines.Conduct regular inspections toidentify potential hazards and address thempromptly.Provide guidelines to residents onsafety protocols and emergencyprocedures.Apply safety protocols and ensurethat employees follow proper safety procedures andpractices.Stay updated with industryregulations and best practices related to housing operations andhygiene. Communicationand Documentation Maintainclear communication channels with both residents and People& Culture Leader, reporting any significant issues ortrends.Keep accurate records of residentcomplaints, maintenance requests, and resolutionactions.CommunicationMaintain open communication channelswith team members, addressing concerns to People & Culturedepartment and providing feedback.Qualifications02 Years experience in a similarrole INT
