Proactively finding opportunitiesand leads for business growth by being closely in touch withclients.Entertaining andconducting hotel inspections withclients.Arrangingappointments with clientsoff-site.Handling guestand employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,reporting complaints orproblems.Assisting toconduct extensive competitor research and maintaining excellentproduct knowledge of theHotel.Understandingclient needs and providing a proposal which best suits theirrequirements.Inputtingorders, ensuring they are processed according to customerrequirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered ontime.• Liaising and workingclosely with the related operation departments ensuringguest's requests and expectations are being met. •Converting active leads and achieving personal salestargets.Ensuring adherence to laws,regulations, and hotelpolicies.Assisting theteam with any support that theyrequire.Maintainingpositive guest and colleague interactions with good workingrelationships.To ensureall employees maintain an updated awareness of Hotel productknowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriateinternal communication.Tomaximise the effectiveness of Sales Coordinators by developing eachof their skills and abilities through the appropriate training,coaching, and/ormentoring.QualificationsPassionfor the hospitality industry and eagerness tolearn• An eye for detail• Be well spoken and an enthusiasticspeaker• Be comfortable with computerliteracy • Good administrative, organizational, andproblem-solving skillsExcellentcommunication, sales, and customer serviceskillsThe ability tomultitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meetdeadlinesCurrentknowledge of industry trends and regulations are anadvantage INT
