Job Purpose: At Emirates webelieve in connecting the world to and through our global hub inDubai and in constantly innovating to ensure our customers FlyBetter.As a Technical Product Owner (UAE National) you are thebridge between the engineering teams and your stakeholders. Youwill help to define the vision of the products we create; drive theplanning prioritisation and execution of backlogs and deliver newfeatures that support our strategic goals. You will join us as aTechnical Product Owner (UAE National) in our Innovation Robotics& Tech Futures team. This position is for a UAE Nationalwith experience in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Purpose of the roleWithin our Innovation Robotics& Tech Futures team you will be responsible for maximizingproduct value and the work of the development teams. You will workalong with Technical Product Manager and Developers in our RPACentre of Excellence using bots to evangelize RPA solutions andcreate a community of RPA endusers. The TPO will help continuallyimprove these methods and processes. The TPO will work with variousgroups within Emirates and dnata and drive new features and improveexisting applications. The TPO will have working knowledge andexperience in an agile team environment will develop stories andwill establish backlog priorities whilst introducing new solutions.What Youll Be Expected To Do:The RPA Technical ProductOwner is the primary product specialist for the development team.The Product Owner will work with the ProductManager/Principal Developer and business unit SMEs to elicitbusiness requirements and translate into user stories andacceptance criteria. Assisting the RPAdevelopers in clarifying requirements and helping them tounderstand the business side. Work with thesenior RPA developer and Agile Delivery Lead to set realisticexpectations for delivery timelines mitigate impediments and risksand ensure timely and quality delivery of RPA solutions.Coninuously working on RPA/BPM backlogrefinement and adjust the priorities accordingly.Receive product demonstrations from the RPAdevelopers and accept user stories as done.Desirable skills:Robotic Process Automation (RPA)Business process automationWorkflowautomationQualifications& Experience: Qualifications Youll Need To Have:Degree or Honours (123 orequivalent) This position is for a UAE National onlyExperience Youll Need ToHave: 5 years experience inproduct ownership/management in a team facing capacity though lessexperience may be consideredSkills Youll Need To Have:Whilst not essential someexperience of working within an agile environment across multipleinitiatives and teams Appetite for buildingand identifying value with a customer centric mindset.Wellversed with the tools for the ProductManagement aspects of software deliveryPossess strong communication skills and beable to enthusiastically convey your Product Vision to stakeholdersand effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders across theorganisation.
