We relooking for a talented Marketing Associate who can undertakemarketing projects for the benefit of our company. The candidatemust be capable of organizing creativecampaigns and promotional events that add to our company s brandvalue. The candidate must have a passionfor the art of marketing, have abundant ideas for buildingefficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal oftechniques/methods to promote our products, services and publicimage. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate thecustomer s interest in our products and services in ways thatstrengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponentialgrowth.Conceiveand develop efficient and intuitive marketingstrategiesResponsiblefor creating social media content, driving strategic initiativeslike podcast creation, private group facilitation, communityengagement, promotional events, exhibitions,etcConductmarket research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness,andcompetitionInitiateand control surveys to assess customer requirements anddedicationWritecopy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, pressreleases, website material, blogs etc.)Monitorthe progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reportsofperformanceCollaboratewith managers in preparing budgets and monitoringexpensesRequirements Proven experience as amarketing associate or any other similarrole Good understanding of market researchtechniques, data analysis and statisticalmethods Thorough knowledge of strategic planningprinciples and marketingpractices Ideally familiar with the Zoho suite oftools for all marketingrequirements Familiarity with social media and webanalytics Excellent communication andpeople skills Strong organizational and time-managementabilities Creativity and commercialawareness B.Sc/BA in marketing, business administration or anyother relevantdisciplines.Self-disciplinedand can work on your own withoutdirectionProven experience as a marketing associate or any other similarrole Good understanding of market research techniques, dataanalysis and statistical methods Thorough knowledge of strategicplanning principles and marketing practices Ideally familiar withthe Zoho suite of tools for all marketing requirements Familiaritywith social media and web analytics Excellent communication andpeople skills Strong organizational and time-management abilitiesCreativity and commercial awareness B.Sc/BA in marketing, businessadministration or any other relevant disciplines.
