Assist management in training,motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and firstpoint of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open DoorPolicy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; reportaccidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform andpersonal appearance are clean and professional; maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards;anticipate and address guests' service needs; thankguests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language; prepare and review written documentsaccurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers; support team to reach common goals; listen and respondappropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherenceto quality expectations and standards. In addition, some states mayhave additional licensing/registration requirements to beconsidered for this position. Read and visually verify informationin a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspecttools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Enterand locate work-related information using computers and/or point ofsale systems. Move at a speed required to respond to worksituations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift,carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75pounds with assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects ofvarying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eyecoordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up anddown stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below theknees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performother reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.PreferredQualificationsEducation: Highschool diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.RelatedWork Experience: At least 2-years of related workexperience.Supervisory Experience: At least1-year of supervisory experience.License orCertification: NoneMarriottInternational is an equal opportunity employer.
