To monitor overall QualityAssurance activities.Supplier qualityimprovement programs.NCR, SCARhandling.Ensuring compliance of all Processesto Quality System ProcedurerequirementsMonitor and ensure that QualityObjective Analysis is conducted for all processes at fixedintervals.Monitor achievement of targets ofQuality Objectives and conduct Root Cause Analysis for targets notachievedRaise observations/ NCRs related toany identified non-conformances or errors related to Product /Processes compliance.Plan, schedule andconduct internal auditsSchedule, provideinputs and minute Management Review Meetings everyyearSupport process owners in conducting RootCause Analysis, and in identifying and implementing CorrectiveAction(s) for systemnon-conformancesParticipate in evaluating theeffectiveness of Corrective ActionsPreparationof SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) for productnon-conformances and follow-up till closure through PurchasingDept.Monitor supplierperformance.Audit and close ProjectFilesTo highlight improvements &suggestions related to quality andproductivity.Control and maintain up-to-datemaster log of documents andforms INT
