Roles/Responsibilities:Demonstratean advanced knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology,techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning,forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation- be known as a go topersonKnowledge of current and emerging agileindustry trends and best practices and internal or externalbusiness issues to improve teamefficiencyDrive continuous improvement as achange agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problemsand create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process anddrive productivity throughout the projectlifecycleAbility to lead, plan, execute andevaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives,contributing to team's direction and function; providingadvice to the team and deliveryleadershipSupports an environment where teamfreely escalates challenges; facilitate change through positivereinforcement of successesAbility to workcollaboratively and build relationships across teams andfunctions INT
